The Carriage House is, a short walk from the main lodge, featuring two unique bedrooms with private bathrooms, the Morningside with a gas fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub/shower, cathedral pine ceiling and fireplace. The Sunset room has a cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, and looks out to your private patio, the bathroom a large shower. the

The house can comfortably accommodate four people. There's space for two couples or a small family, and the living room has a Murphy bed for a or an extra person or children, extra charges would apply.

The generous size living room with a gas fireplace, has pine paneled walls and high ceilings with skylights. The living room, called the Northwind room is where you may like to watch smart TV, or play chess or checkers or cards or just visit.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove/convection oven and a refrigerator/freezer and conveniences such as a coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster and lots of utensils plates and some pots and pans too.

Come to breakfast at the main lodge located at the top of the hill or you may want to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner yourself if you would wish.

Be aware there are many wonderful restaurants in the Village of Rhinebeck a short drive about five minutes by car away. Some restaurants will also provide take out and a few will deliver your lunch and dinner choices. Please go to Enjoy Rhinebeck for ideas and suggestions.

There are books, games and an old DVD/video collection for quiet nights and smart TV's in the bedrooms.

All rooms have a private patios with views of the surrounding pastures where the horses graze, informal pollinator gardens, and trees with lots of color in the fall and shade in in the the summer.

Morningside

True to its name, Morningside is airy with eastern sunlight in the morning hours; the pine walls, high ceilings and skylights make guests feel like they’re in a rustic cabin. A fieldstone gas fireplace, handmade light fixtures and oriental rugs on pine floors add to the comfortable atmosphere. The room also features a king size bed, an antique writing desk, armoire and dresser, as well as two cozy chairs for sitting fireside. Views of the south pastures, horses and woodlands from your private patio.

Sunset

This room faces west to take in the sunsets. Warm pine walls and high ceilings add to the country charm. A sliding door leads to your private patio with a table and chairs for sharing your afternoon or evening beverage. The room is furnished with a pine dresser, rustic table and chairs, and a queen size cherry four poster bed. facing the sunset patio. The private bathroom has a large shower, and a oak vanity.
